Key habits help you become the person you really want to be. How? By developing a realistic system to do the things you really want to do. This is an interactive workshop, so bring paper and a pen. At the end you will have developed your own key habits to start unlocking your joy!
4. Learning to Process and Walk Through Grief and Loss by Jacob Park
If you’re grieving during this time or you know someone who is, this will help you better understand how to process everything in a healthy way.
5. Health & Fitness by Paul Austad
Here are the 5 Pillars of Health and some practical steps to take care of your health and fitness during this time. This isn’t just be a time to talk about working out, but about taking care of our bodies so we can be good stewards of what God has given us.
5. Boundaries by Bob Phillips
Do you have trouble saying “no?” Can you set limits with others and still be a loving person? Healthy relationships and sound living depend on maintaining effective and healthy personal boundaries. We are going to talk about what healthy boundaries look like and how they are an essential part of maintaining good emotional health.
Bob Phillips is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), and has been working as a counselor and intern at the Relationship Center here at CA for the past four years. He has also worked with students and their families at a community mental health clinic in the San Gabriel Valley. He has a M.A. in counseling from Azusa Pacific University, and also an M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Bob especially enjoys combining faith in Jesus with sound counseling practice.
