We are looking for the Lead Pastor of our Young Adult ministry (18-35s) to join our staff team. Fusion is the name of the young adult ministry at CA and is also the name of the Sunday night service that serves the community of young adults (400-500 people) at CA. The successful candidate will be tasked centrally with leading spiritually convinced and unconvinced young adults [18-35s] to complete commitment to Christ. The Lead Pastor of Fusion must be also able to communicate effectively to large groups of people, lead the Fusion staff team, develop volunteer leaders, and love the local church.
